What began as a family farm has evolved into something far more personal, it's a direct connection from our land to your table. Under the leadership of Nicoi Prince and the Prince family, we are proud to bring our farm-to-table vision to life right here in 5th Ward Houston.

     The Prince family owns and operates a working farm, winery, and signature seasoning brand, giving us the rare ability to control quality from the source. Our beef is locally sourced, our blends are crafted exclusively for our kitchen, and our wines are thoughtfully produced to complement the bold flavors we serve. This isn’t a marketing line,  it’s our supply chain.
